About Us

Madhu Mantri & Associates is a firm of practicing Chartered Accountants. In 1985, Late CA Shri Madhu Sudan Mantri founded the firm with a vision of creating a CA Firm that will service clients on all matters related to Taxation, Companies Act, offer virtual CFO services and set-up Internal Audit Systems. The Firm is governed by the guiding principles laid down by our Founding Father i.e. service with utmost independence, commitment, integrity, knowledge and sincerity

The Firm is well known for the highest quality of service and sharp financial insights we provide to all our clients, professional bodies and trusts which provides them much needed autonomy to focus on growing their own business. Due to the goodwill of our Founding Father, the firm is well networked with in the profession to service any of the financial and professional service requirements of the clients.

About Our Founding Father :

LATE CA SHRI. MADHU SUDAN MANTRI (FCA, DISA, IP, B. COM):

He passed Chartered Accountancy in May 1985 under Merit by obtaining an All India rank of #33. He was known for exceptional academic brilliance and he passed all exams with distinction. He also passed Information System Audit course of ICAI in 2002, Insolvency Professional Exam conducted by IBBI in 2017 and was a registered Insolvency Professional.

He began his practice as a Chartered Accountant in July 1985 and since then he has been in Accountancy profession rendering services as Management consultant, Auditor, Tax advisor & financial consultant. Over the 35 years of his practice he was known for his unfiltered, straight forward and independent approach, his vision to serve his clients with highest service quality and highest ethical standards. He was also known in the society for his kind & affectionate attitude towards charitable trusts and supporting students from humble background to grow professionally.

During these years he served as President of Andhra Pradesh Tax Bar Association and Secretary of All India Federation of Tax Practitioners, South Zone. He was also Vice President of Rajasthani Graduate Association and served as Managing Trustee of RGA Swarna Jayanti Shiksha Nyas, a Charitable Trust which provides scholarship to students with weaker financial background.

He completed his mortal journey and left for heavenly abode on 26th August 2020.

About Current Partners :

CA Siddharth Mantri (ACA, B.Com) :

He passed Chartered Accountancy in May 2016. He Joined the firm in March 2020 under the guidance of our Founding Father. Prior to joining the firm, he worked with Deloitte India for 6 years, 3 years as an article in training and 3 years of post-qualification as a Chartered Accountant.

Siddharth specializes in providing services related to audit and assurance, GAAP Convergence, Internal Audit and setting up Internal Control Framework along-with strong understanding of Income Tax, GST and Company’s Law. He has in-depth knowledge in providing services & consultancy related to Statutory Audits, Limited Reviews, Internal Audits and Tax Audits. He has advised and served a large number of attest and non-attest clients including listed and un-listed clients, IND AS advisory across industry sectors including manufacturing and information technology. Some of the key clients handled during the current and recent past include various industry sectors like Chemicals, Agri Based Industries, Manufacturing, Trading, Battery, Information Technology and Engineering.

After the sudden demise of his father in August’20, Siddharth serves as the Managing Partner of the firm and is guided by a Firm resolve to offer the same level of service, consultancy and advisory to the clients. He can be reached at siddharth@camadumantri.in

CA Shikha Mantri (ACA, B.Com):

She passed Chartered Accountancy in Nov 2017. She joined the firm in March 2020 under the guidance of our Founding Father. Prior to joining the firm, she worked with a leading mid-size CA firm of Hyderabad. She has been part of Direct and Indirect Tax team for 5 years, 3 years as an article in training and 2 years post qualification as a Chartered Accountant.

Shikha specializes in providing services related to Goods and Services Tax (GST) and Income Tax with strong understanding of all matters related to Taxation, Accounting and Companies Act. She is focused on GST, Internal Audit and Income Tax practice of the firm. She works in different subsets of taxation including corporate tax, income tax filings, litigations and compliances, GST Filings and has also handled Statutory and Tax Audits of various manufacturing and trading concerns. Some of the key clients handled by her in the recent past are in Retailers, Manufacturing Concern, Small & Medium Businesses and Information Technology Sectors.
